Build new systems to improve memory management and streaming performance
Help maintain a robust code base by debugging and fixing crashes, concurrency issues, and platform-specific problems
Research and execute on improvements to content pipelines
Expand and improve engine technologies.
Essential Qualifications
10+ years in relevant roles
Experience working in large code bases and landing well tested features that improves the team or game
Ability to work in a cross disciplinary team and the soft skills to help gather requirements and iterate on features together.
Strong knowledge of current rendering pipelines and techniques
Strong knowledge of current graphics APIs and shader languages
Proven experience optimizing existing games and engine code
Experience shipping multiplayer networked games or a live service game
Excellent C++ skills
VR experience and a love for VR
Unreal or proprietary engine experience

This developer will have an active role in designing, planning, launching, and maintaining the infrastructure for our studio’s products.
