Another Axiom | Job Position: Senior Producer

Responsibilities

Maintain development and operations schedules
Drive the completion of project goals as a partner to development leads
Create processes and tools to manage live operations - including testing, deployment, and triage
Partner with the development team to constantly improve efficiency and quality of life
Primary point-of-contact for certain workstreams
Playtest in VR with the team and the community
The Senior Producer is paired with a leadership team to guide the project
Own, evaluates, tracks, and improves on day-to-day workflows and end-to-end scheduling
Identify roadblocks and project risks and be involved in finding solutions.
Motivate and support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
Promote and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity
Mentor others in production skills and techniques
Adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and priorities.

Essential Qualifications

Experience with Cloud Providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
7+ years experience as a Producer in the games industry with live game experience
Demonstrated familiarity with VR platforms and mechanics including hand-tracked locomotion and traversal
Demonstrated ability to manage projects using a variety of methodologies - Be able to choose the better management tool for any given team and situation
Strong cross-functional communication skills - Be able to facilitate work between technical and creative teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Able to demonstrate ability to collaborate with a fully remote team
Detail-oriented - Capable of self-managing multiple projects simultaneously
Has shipped commercial titles as part of a team - Can demonstrate understanding of game development to produce a commercial product or live service updates

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Producer who is a project leader with responsibilities in both operational oversight and management of individual projects. This role will have ownership responsibility for the delivery of engaging gaming experiences. This role will work along the production, development, and quality assurance teams. The Senior Producer will be responsible for establishing processes and workflows. It is critical that the Senior Producer collaborate effectively with all partners and teams to be successful in this role. Compensation: Salary Exempt (Estimated Total Compensation - $136,000 - $205,000)
